Inspired by enamelling. Come along & craft together beautiful Birchwood Wooden Butterflies. You will have a choice of two items to complete. A Large Butterfly, for use as a wall hanging if you wish & a small butterfly which we will make into a brooch.
Painting, stamping & embossing to create wonderful finished results.
Oh...if you have your own heat gun, please bring it along - thanks !
Using a vast stash of reclaimed materials, we will give new life to jewellery. create a unique piece to add to your accessory collection. Using silk cords & ribbons, so if you have a nickel allergy, this is a great way to re-purpose your current stock that perhaps you can no longer wear !
The subject will be Creating your own embellishments to add to your cards, gifts or Artwork. As requested by you.....we will make greeting cards or Wall Art. However, the focus will be around the various uses of metal dies, embossing folders & techniques to get the most from your Paper crafting stash & Tools. A workshop packed with ideas & inspiration ! (that's why we are doing several workshops, see others listed on the website ) Feel free to bring along anything from your crafty stash you may like to use
Inspired by Ashanti-Kente woven cloth, with it's dazzling, multicoloured patterns of bright colours and bold designs. Come along & play with texture and colour. Together we will design our own woven masterpiece adding tassels & more. ! You can incorporate all mediums such as ribbon, thread, wool, beads & buttons. Weaving is a fast growing trend & holds wonderful therapeutic benefits.
Feel free to bring along anything from your Crafty stash you may like to use
The subject will be "Flight" (of the feathered kind)
Nervous about art? Don't be - In this workshop we break free from all things precise & accurate. Instead have fun the "wabi-sabi " way - (the Japanese philosophy of finding beauty in imperfection and transience). You won't be disappointed, as you complete a mixed media work of art. Feel free to bring along anything from your Crafty stash you may like to use
Turn those vibrant swatches into something unique . What could you create? Greeting cards, Gift tags, Bookmarks, Wall Art?The Challenge has been set, it's now up to you to rise to it !
Together we will also Create, your own Take-Away Colour Wheel, which can be used in all your future crafts.

Autumn provides a wealth of inspiration with it's rich colours, textures & foliage. Let's explore together how we can make full use of nature's inspiration by Creating our own Artwork. We will be using mixed media techniques to create a vibrant Collage piece. Paper, paint, stencils & stamping.
Please feel free to bring any items in your crafty stash you may like to use.
